The official Label for Tables & Inns has the mission of promoting and showcasing the expertise of independent professionals in France and internationally, including chefs, hoteliers, artisans (food trades), and local producers, excluding integrated chains. The restaurant activity must be registered in the commercial register and offer some dishes from the local culinary tradition.
